We would like to use Certify. What are the next steps?
If you haven't already done so, determine your pricing tier on our pricing page and choose how many recipients you plan to issue to. Feel free to create a free account if you haven't already, but we can help you get started.
If you think you'll be issuing to less than 1,000 people a year, continue creating an account to start setting up your account and pay for a self-serve plan through your account billing settings.
No matter your size, if you have any challenges along the way, our knowledge base will help answer your questions and you can always contact support from your dashboard if it gets stuck.
Before we start, can we see a sample statement of work or contract so we can review it?
If you are on our self-service plans, a signed agreement is not a requirement as when you sign up on our website and select the plan of your choice (billed monthly with an annual commitment), you will see a reference to our Terms of use.

Once we are ready to purchase, how do we proceed?
Simply click "Get Started Now" on our pricing page and create an account. No credit card is required. Once you have decided how many recipients you require, you can upgrade from your account page.
Can I pay for a year at once instead of the monthly fee?
Yes, all of our plans are annual, but you can pay monthly or annually. It's totally up to you. Annual payment gives you a discount of 20%.
What other fees are involved?
There are no additional fees (like setup or maintenance) beyond the cost of your plan tier and any add-on features you've selected or if you want to purchase extra credits during your annual term.
Do prices include VAT?
Quoted prices are ex-VAT. 20% VAT will be added at checkout.
How long does a contract last?
All our plans are for one year. But you can choose to pay annually or monthly, depending on your preference.
