What does per recipient pricing mean?
You pay for the number of recipients you issue credentials to, not per credential. Each recipient can receive unlimited badges at no extra cost, so as your recipients earn more credentials your costs stay predictable.
If one person receives credentials at two email addresses, do they count as two recipients?
Yes. Certify counts recipients by unique email address, so the same person at a work address and a personal address counts as two. To keep your count down, issue all of a person's credentials to one address.
How do I get started?

Can I pay for the Starter plan monthly or annually?
Yes. Paid Starter plans can be billed monthly or annually, and annual billing saves 20% versus monthly. All Starter prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable. All plans run on a 12-month term. Your price is fixed for the term, whether you pay monthly or annually.
Can I pay annually instead of monthly?
Yes. Advanced and Premium plans can be billed annually, and annual billing comes with a discount versus monthly. Talk to our team for a quote tailored to your programme size.
Do Advanced and Premium plans require a contract?
Advanced and Premium are annual agreements. We'll walk you through the terms before you commit and there are no hidden fees, the price you're quoted is the price you pay.
Can I see a sample contract before committing?
Absolutely. Just ask during your demo and we'll share a sample agreement so your legal and procurement teams can review everything up front.
What happens when I reach my recipient limit?
Nothing breaks. We'll let you know as you approach your limit and help you move to the right tier. Existing credentials remain live and verifiable the whole time.
